About the Role

We're looking for a Sr. Full Stack Engineer to help build and evolve a modern healthcare SaaS platform supporting enterprise-scale healthcare operations. This role will work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and user-focused solutions across both frontend and backend systems.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working across the stack, with strong experience in cloud-native backend development and modern frontend technologies. You'll contribute to architecture, feature delivery, integrations, and platform improvements in a collaborative, fast-moving product environment.

What You'll Do

The day to day.

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable frontend and backend application features
  • Develop modern web applications using React, TypeScript, and Node.js
  • Build and maintain APIs, integrations, and serverless backend services
  • Contribute to application architecture, performance optimization, and scalability improvements
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle
  • Participate in technical planning, estimation, and implementation discussions
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure layers
  • Support secure authentication, authorization, and data management workflows
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes, tooling, and platform reliability
What You'll Bring

What we're looking for.

  • 8+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar software engineering role
  • Strong experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript development across frontend and backend systems
  • Experience building applications with React and Node.js
  • Familiarity with GraphQL APIs and modern state management patterns
  • Experience working within AWS cloud environments and serverless architectures
  • Strong understanding of both SQL and NoSQL database technologies
  • Experience building scalable, reliable, and secure web applications
  • Familiarity with Git-based development workflows and modern testing practices
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
  • Collaborative working style and comfort operating in fast-moving product environments
